Draco was walked around the grounds. He had homework to be done, but didn't feel like doing it. He didn't feel like doing anything really. All he really wanted to do was talk to a friend. A friend who he could have an interesting conversation with. But, the grounds were devoid of his wants. The whole castle seemed devoid of his wants. Where was everyone? How come he was alone all the time? What did he do to suffer this punishment?
Draco could feel the suns rays hitting him. They weren't the most refreshing things to be hitting him when he is already on the hot side. Draco took off the black part of his robes and rolled his sleeves up a bit. That felt better. Now, he didn't have that big black part of his robes hanging over him AND his sleeves rolled down. It was much more refreshing. Draco walked over to the courtyard and sat down, waiting for someone to walk by.

Lynn was walking around the Courtyards one sunny day feeling bored, even more then usual. She was wearing what she usually wore, her blouse with her green stripped tie hanging loosely around her neck along with her short rolled up mini skirt.
Her black heels clicked on the pavement below her feet as she walked across one of the sidewalks. Looking up from her stroll, she noticed Draco on a path that she was going to cross. She glared heatedly at him and considered just turning around and going a different path. But she decided that she wasn't going to let him make her walk farther.
As she walked closer to Draco, she couldn't help but notice how the bright sun gave a certain glow to Draco's skin and made him look even more goreous then usual, if that was possible. Lynn quickly shook out that stupid thought in her head. She hated him, what on earth was she thinking that he looked...hott? Disgusting.
As Lynn passed Draco she put on her usual 'I'm so much better then you' smirk she usually put on when she was around him. "Oy, what are you doing out here enjoying a day like this? Don't you have homework to do seeing as your probably failing everything?" She taunted him as she walked past.

Draco was getting bored and tired of being outside. Maybe he could find someone in the shade. That would be better, and cooler. He felt a small breeze go by. It was coming toward him. Draco breathed into it. The breeze came at the perfect time. He was getting hot and couldn't take off anymore of his clothes. For, that would be inappropriate. SWIMMING! That was something that had just popped into his head. He should go swimming.
Draco was about to go somewhere else, when he heard a voice which made him smirk. He knew exactly who this voice belonged to. However, don't let this smirk fool you. He is not very fond it the voice's owner. He and Lynn never really got along. Why was a mystery to Draco. They were in the same house. Lynn's family was acquaintances with his. They just never hit it off. Draco has given her a chance, but she didn't take it. However, this wasn't only Lynn's fault. Draco was pretty cruel. But, not to her. Around her. Then, once he thought he gave her a long enough chance, he started being mean to her because he didn't know what else to do. She wouldn't be his 'friend'.
Draco looked up and gave Lynn a cold look. "I don't have to do my homework now. It's not a crime to skip it for a few moments to enjoy the sun and atmosphere." He replied, his smirk still across his lips. Even though Draco didn't like Lynn, he still wore his trademark smirk. Mainly because he knew Lynn didn't like him, and acting nice to her was quite fun. Just, seeing how far he could push her was brilliant. "I'll have you know, I am not failing any of my classes. You, on the other hand..." Draco didn't know how Lynn was doing in her classes. But, he just wanted to see if he could drive her up a wall.

Lynn smirked and crossed her arms over her chest. "Sure you aren't." She said, reffering to that he wasn't failing anything. Lynn raised an eyebrow at Draco once he basically said that she was failing. "Hah I don't think so, I probably have better grades then you do." Lynn fanned herself with her hands, seeing as it was getting extremely hott. She needed to cool down but she couldn't think of anywhere to go. The school was hott itself, without even any air condition inside its huge building.
[[Sorry tis so short!]]

Elizabeth was storlling around the school when she noticed Draco walking around outside. How she longed to join him in his walk. It had been awhile since they spoke last. Since the night in the Common rom infact. Just as Elizabeth reached the out doors, she noticed Draco was no longer alone. He had been joined by Lynn Laurice. Oh this sshould be fun Elizabeth thought to herself with a smirk. Leaning against a pillar, Elizabeth listened to the two throw disses at each other back and forth. Unfortunately Elizabeth could not say she was proud of either of them. Grades? Who cared about grades?
Rolling her eyes Elizabeth thought it about time she entered this little fiasco. After all, there was no fun unless Elizabeth was apart of the situation. With her hands on her hips, Elizabeth strolled her way through the courtyards and to where Draco happened to be standing. With her robes tied around her waiste, and her school skirt flowwing. She placed her hands gently on Draco's eyes, andd whispered a whisper which could send shivers down anyone's back. "Guess Who." She smirked and stood there with her hand over Draco's eyes, waiting for a reply.

"Whatever you say, Laurice." Draco said. So far, his grades were all good ones. But, that wasn't saying much, considering it was still the beginning of the year. Draco then felt hands cover his eyes. At first, he was like 'okay...', but then he heard the voice and knew exactly who was behind him. His smirked widened. He turned around, so he was now looking at Elizabeth. "Hey Saunders." He said. The last encounter he had with Elizabth wasn't a very good one. He still didn't have answers. But, since he was in the company of another person as well, he decided not to say anything and just pretend he had forgotten.
Draco looked back at the two people in his company. One person he liked, the other he didn't. He didn't know Elizabeth's relationship with Lynn. Did they get along? If so, would he have to pretend to get along? He hoped not. It was a lot of fun being annoying and impossible. Draco was just getting started. He could be much more annoying than he has been so far.

Lynn gave a small wave to Elizabeth as she came by. "Eh, your rigt Draco." She wasn't that smart at all and didn't have the best of grades. Draco probably did have better grades then her, but whatever she didn't care to much about her education anymore. She figured that the only people who would even be intrested in hiring her for anything because of her families past is The Three Broomstcks looking for some waitress.
Surprisingly enough, Lynn had a rough day and was too tired to insult possibly anyone at the moment. Besides, what did Draco do anyways? She was actually getting tired of picking on people who aren't that bad...that are in the same house that is. Maybe she'll move on to those stupid Hufflepuffs tha look so freaking happy all the time...

Post by Briony Balters on Nov 8, 2007 20:31:28 GMT -5
A long day of Quidditch, really did make Briony's body ache. But they had been from her practicing every night. She did not want to let her team down this year, being Seeker and Captain. Waking threw the court yard she tugged on her shorts, her broom still in her hand and a snitch in the other. With a small soft sigh, she noticed a group of Slytherin's up ahead. One she was not fond of at all. As she made her way closer, she caught her eye on the boy standing next to Elizabeth, Draco Malfoy. Though they had not talked to much, she still hated him with a Passion0n.
"Saunders." Briony sneered, her last encounter with her was not pretty. They had met in the Room of Requirement and had shared a few nasty words. But Saunders being the Slytherin Captain, they were suppose to hate each other. But captain or not, Briony could not stand the little stuck up Malfoy lover.
As she let her eyes travel to the others, she did not allow her self to look at Malfoy for more than 2 seconds. Her eyes no looking at a unfamiliar face. As she looked back at Saunders she placed her hand on her hip.
